Shipping, Returns & Exchange Policy

Hey! We are an independent slow-fashion label and although we do our best ensuring each product is always up to the best standards, from time to time we understand you may be displeased or dissatisfied from our products. 

Clients have the liberty to schedule returns for their order and request a refund in the form of store credit.   

Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellation is only possible in the case that the products have not been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests are not valid.


We process refunds in the form of store credit in the case of returned orders and in the case of cancelled orders, payments are refunded back to the account used. 

No refunds are provided for products sold during any Sale/promotions.


  1. In case of an exchange, a request has to be sent within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  2. The product should be in saleable condition and should not have been worn, damaged, washed or altered.
  3. The product's original tags to be intact and the product's original e-bill to be presented while sending an exchange request.
  4. In lieu of the exchanged merchandise, one can buy any other merchandise of the same or higher value by paying the difference. 
  5. The rights to exchange a product bought on sale remain with the brand
  6. Store credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
  7. A charge of Rs. 200 will be levied on the client for a return order. 
  8. The shipping period for products in normal days will be 3- 5 nationally and 7-10 days for international orders and in case of extreme situations like strike or pandemic will be 8-10 days nationally and 13-15 days for international orders.
