Shipping, Returns & Exchange Policy

We’re a small independent slow-fashion label committed to thoughtful production. If something isn't right, we’ll do our best to fix it.


1. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel an order only if it hasn’t shipped.
  • Email us as soon as possible to request cancellation.
  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.

2. Refunds

  • Cancelled orders are refunded to your original payment method.
  • For returned items, we offer store credit only (no cash refunds).
  • Sale or promotional items are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.
  • Original e-receipt must be provided.
  • You may exchange for an item of equal or greater value (difference must be paid).
  • Sale items may not be eligible for exchange.

4. Store Credit

All store credits are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

5. Return Shipping Fee

Returns incur a flat fee of ₹200 for shipping.

6. Shipping Timeframes

  • Domestic (India): 5–7 business days.
  • International: 7–10 business days.
  • During disruptions (strikes, pandemics):
    • Domestic: 8–10 days
    • International: 13–15 days

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us with your order number and reason.
  2. We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a store credit or ship the exchange.
